Product Description

The Eagle CRS5472N3D is a high-performance connecting rod set built for the Chrysler/Mitsubishi 420A 2.0L SOHC & DOHC engine family (used in Neon, Avenger, Sebring, Cirrus, Breeze from about 1995 through 2002). These rods are engineered from forged 4340 chromoly steel, with shot peening, magnaflux testing, and precision cap alignment sleeves to ensure durability and accuracy at high RPM. The H-beam profile allows excellent stiffness while minimizing weight - each rod weighs approximately 535 grams.

Equipped with ARP-2000 3/8" rod bolts torqued to 43 ft-lbs (with moly lube), and included are wrist-pin bushings for full floating pin setup. This set is capable of handling up to ~900 horsepower in properly built 4-cylinder platforms. Ideal for someone upgrading their 420A engine for high-RPM, turbocharged, or competition use.
