Product Description

The DV8 Offroad RRTT1-01 is a lightweight aluminum roof rack for the 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab, designed to increase cargo capacity and accessory mounting options while maintaining a low-profile, integrated appearance. The rack mounts directly to existing factory holes in the Tacoma's roof with no drilling or permanent modification required -- a fully bolt-on installation that takes approximately one hour with basic hand tools. The lightweight aluminum construction and extruded aluminum cross bars keep weight to a minimum while providing a rust-free, durable platform capable of supporting up to 100 pounds of evenly distributed cargo including recovery gear, camping equipment, hi-lift jacks, shovels, and overland accessories.

The cross bars feature a T-slot design that allows virtually unlimited mounting flexibility -- simply slide a bolt head into the crossbar channel from the end and secure the other side with a nut to attach any accessory. The rack accommodates up to a 45-inch LED light bar across the front with 40-inch light bar mounting brackets included, and each side of the rack provides two mounting points for 6-inch slim single-row LED light bars for nearly 360-degree lighting coverage. An integrated air deflector reduces wind noise and drag at highway speeds. The entire assembly is finished in a durable black powder coat for long-term corrosion resistance and a clean appearance. For sunroof-equipped Tacomas, the sunroof can open fully flat but raising it to the vent position will contact the crossbar.
