Fitment Notes

• Mounts ONLY to the DV8 Offroad JK MTO Rear Bumper (RBJK-13) - this carrier is NOT compatible with any other bumper, factory or aftermarket.
• Maximum tire size: 38x13.50 inches.
• Maximum wheel size: 20 inches diameter, no wider than 9.5 inches.
• Recommended wheel backspacing: 4 inches or more. Wheels with -44 offset are NOT compatible.
• Does NOT support use of the factory 3rd brake light - a separate brake light solution will be required.
• Swings out simultaneously with the tailgate - one-step access to the cargo area (no separate swing-out step required).
• Bolt-on installation - no cutting required. Estimated installation time: approximately 2 hours.

The DV8 Offroad TCJK-13 is a bumper-mounted spare tire carrier engineered exclusively for use with the DV8 JK MTO Rear Bumper (RBJK-13) on 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JK Unlimited models. By mounting the spare tire to the rear bumper rather than the factory aluminum tailgate, it eliminates the weight burden on the tailgate entirely - protecting it from the flex, hinge stress, and structural fatigue that heavy, oversized spare tires can cause during off-road driving. The carrier accommodates tires up to 38x13.50 inches and wheels up to 20 inches in diameter.

A dual taper bearing and dual heim hinge pivot provides smooth, long-lasting swing-out operation without binding or stiffening over time. The carrier opens simultaneously with the tailgate in a single step - a meaningful convenience advantage over traditional two-step swing-out designs.
