Product Description

The Diode Dynamics DD8762 HitchMount LED Pod Reverse Kit adds a significant boost to nighttime backup visibility by mounting a C1R LED pod directly into any 2" or 2.5" trailer hitch receiver. Patented TIR optics deliver a brighter, more uniform reverse light than stock bulbs, and the pod automatically activates when the vehicle is shifted into reverse.

Beyond reverse duty, the C1R pod adds a running light and an optional 4th brake light with SafetyStrobe, which flashes three times when the brakes are applied for extra visibility to trailing traffic. Installation uses a patent-pending snap-fit design with the included 4-pin harness, so no drilling or hitch pin is needed. The kit is made in the USA and backed by an 8-year limited warranty.
