The DEI 10257 is a universal heat shield pad built from double-sided stainless steel with a high-temperature silica insulation core, rated to block radiant heat up to 2,000°F. Its welded-edge construction seals the insulation securely between the steel layers, making it a durable, long-lasting barrier rather than a simple wrap or tape.

Because it's hand-formable and fitted with four integrated grommet holes, this shield can be shaped around bends and curves and mounted wherever heat protection is needed - near exhaust components, fuel lines, wiring, or any other part vulnerable to radiant heat.
