Product Description

The DEI 93487 Heat Shroud is engineered to protect critical automotive components - wires, hoses, and lines - from high heat and abrasion without needing to disconnect them. Its hook & loop edge design allows it to wrap around existing assemblies, following tight curves or routing paths, while its aluminized facing reflects up to ~90% of radiant heat. The glass fiber construction provides durability in harsh, dirty environments and resists damage from oil or road debris.

With a versatile inner diameter range of 2.0 to 2.5 inches and a generous 50-foot length, this sleeving spool is ideal for full-vehicle applications, custom harnesses, or enclosure protection. It is suitable for both gas and diesel vehicles through model year 2025. Note: Heat Shroud should **not** be used in direct contact with exhaust headers, manifolds, or components that regularly exceed its radiant exposure limits. Fitment confirmed through 2025.
