Product Description

The DEI 93403 Heat Sheath is a 50-foot roll of aluminized sleeving designed to protect wires, cables, and hoses from extreme heat, abrasion, chemicals, and road grime. Constructed from high-temperature fiberglass fabric bonded to an aluminized reflective material, it withstands up to 500°F of direct continuous heat and reflects up to 90% of radiant heat - up to 2,000°F - away from sensitive components.

The 3/4-inch inside diameter makes it ideal for fuel lines, brake lines, hydraulic hoses, wire looms, and similar components commonly routed near exhaust systems or other heat sources. Its pliable construction conforms easily to tight bends, and the sleeving trims cleanly with scissors or a utility knife for a custom-length application. Suitable for automotive, marine, powersports, industrial, and racing use. Do not apply directly to exhaust components.
