The DEI 93419 Heat Sheath is a flexible, aluminized thermal protection sleeve designed to safeguard wiring, hoses, and fluid lines from extreme heat and abrasive conditions. Its high-temperature fabric bonded to a reflective aluminized outer layer helps reflect and dissipate heat, protecting sensitive components in engine bays, turbocharged systems, or other high-heat environments. The pliable design lets you route the sleeve around tight bends and complex harness paths, while the ability to cut it to length provides a customizable solution for many applications.

Capable of withstanding direct heat up to ~500 °F and radiant heat up to ~2000 °F, this heat sleeve helps prevent premature failure of lines and wiring due to thermal stress, abrasion, or exposure to oil and road debris.
