Product Description

The DEI 93418 Heat Sheath is a universal thermal protection sleeve designed to safeguard wires, hoses, and cables from extreme heat, abrasion, and harsh environmental conditions. Constructed from high-temperature fabric bonded to an aluminized outer layer, this heat shield sleeve reflects radiant heat and helps prevent premature failure of critical lines and wiring in engine bays or other high-heat areas. It's fireproof and capable of withstanding direct heat up to 500 °F and radiant heat up to 2000 °F, making it suitable for performance and race applications as well as everyday under-hood protection.

The 50 ft spool with a 1/2" inside diameter provides plenty of material that can be cut to length and routed through tight bends thanks to its pliable design. Simply slide the sheath over the components you want to protect and trim it to the desired length for a custom fit.
