Product Description

The DEI 93404 Heat Sheath is a 50-foot bulk roll of aluminized sleeving in the 1-1/4-inch inside diameter, designed to protect larger hoses, cables, and wire bundles from extreme heat, abrasion, chemicals, and road grime. Constructed from high-temperature fiberglass fabric bonded to an aluminized reflective outer layer, it withstands up to 500°F of direct continuous heat and reflects up to 90% of radiant heat - rated to 2,000°F - away from sensitive components.

The larger 1-1/4-inch diameter makes it ideal for coolant hoses, intercooler pipes, larger fuel lines, thick wire harnesses, and other high-volume lines commonly routed near heat sources. Its pliable construction follows tight bends with ease, and the sleeving trims cleanly to any length with scissors or a utility knife.
