The DEI 10516 Form-A-Shield is a non-adhesive heat shield designed to provide a direct contact, extreme heat barrier. Manufactured from an extremely pliable material, it can form to many shapes and configurations, making it ideal for applications requiring custom fitment.

Withstanding direct heat up to 1400°F (760°C), the Form-A-Shield is durable and resistant to oil and chemical spills. It can be applied directly to hot surfaces, providing effective heat shielding in areas such as firewalls, exhaust manifolds, under-vehicle components, and more.
