Fitment Notes

• External inline fuel pump - designed for installation in the fuel line outside the tank, not for in-tank use

• A 12-gauge hardwire kit is strongly recommended to ensure maximum voltage delivery to the pump (DeatschWerks PN# FPHWK, sold separately)
• No internal check valve - an external check valve may be required depending on application and fuel system configuration

By eliminating the brushes and commutator found in conventional fuel pumps, brushless motor technology dramatically reduces internal friction and heat, extending service life while improving efficiency - particularly when running aggressive fuels like ethanol, methanol, and E100. The DW650iL's ability to accept inputs from 8 to 26 volts means flow can be pushed well beyond the standard 650 LPH baseline by running boosted voltage, making it a scalable solution for builds with evolving power goals.

The included C105 dual-speed controller gives tuners precise control over pump operation - single-speed mode runs the pump at 100% duty cycle continuously, while dual-speed mode drops to a lower duty cycle at cruise conditions and ramps to full output under high load.
