Product Description

The DeatschWerks 9-437-7233 DW400 Performance Module is a high-capacity, drop-in fuel module designed for 2015-2024 Ford F-150 models where boosted fuel flow, reliable performance, and OEM-preserved functionality are desired. It replaces the stock module to deliver significantly higher flow rates (≈ 415 LPH at 40 PSI per spec listings) while retaining critical OEM features such as the fuel level sensor, tank surge baffle, and factory fuel feed connection. Installation uses factory plumbing and retains tank capacity.

Because the DW400 is designed for high demand, including forced induction or heavy towing, electrical supply must be upgraded accordingly. It is strongly recommended to use a 12-gauge hardwire to ensure voltage drops do not compromise pump output. Also note: this module is **not** CARB legal and is excluded from certain emissions-sensitive vehicles (such as Lightning, 3.0L Diesel, or 5.2L Raptor R). Buyers should verify compatibility with their specific trim or powertrain.
