Fitment Notes

• This kit includes the X2 Dual Pump Module housing pre-fitted with two DW430 430lph compact fuel pumps - a complete, ready-to-install assembly.
• Requires a regulated return-style fuel system. The OEM returnless system must be converted during or prior to installation.
• Fits both RWD and xDrive (AWD) E9X/E8X variants where listed above.
• A 10-gauge hardwire kit (DeatschWerks PN# FPHWK-10-HD) is strongly recommended to maximize voltage at the pumps for full performance output.

Product Description

The DeatschWerks 9-437-7071 is the X2 Dual Pump Module for 2006-2013 BMW E9X and E8X chassis, pre-fitted with two DW430 compact 430lph fuel pumps for a combined output of 860lph. Designed to replace the factory OEM fuel pump module with a direct drop-in fit, this kit brings the dual-pump capability of the X2 module platform to E9X/E8X builds that have exceeded what a single in-tank pump can supply. The assembly fits the factory fuel tank without modification and retains the OEM wiring harness and fuel level sender, keeping the factory instrument cluster and fuel management system fully functional.

The DW430 compact pump format was chosen specifically to allow dual-pump fitment within the OEM module envelope - eliminating the need for an external surge tank in most high-output builds. Both pumps feature carbon commutators and fully encapsulated armatures for E85 and ethanol compatibility, making the 9-437-7071 a complete fuel delivery solution for boosted N54, N55, and S65-powered BMWs on pump gas or ethanol.
