Product Description

The DeatschWerks 9-401-608-7041 is a complete DW400 fuel pump module with PTFE stainless steel braid return plumbing kit, engineered as a direct drop-in replacement for the factory fuel pump module in the 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si (8th Gen, K20Z3). The module retains all OEM functionality including the factory plug-and-play harness connector, fuel level sender, and fuel surge bucket. This kit converts the factory returnless fuel system to an externally regulated return-style setup - a return fuel line from the regulator back to the tank must be incorporated as part of installation.

This PTFE version (9-401-608-7041) uses PTFE-lined stainless steel braid push-to-fit lines in place of the CPE lines found in the 9-401-607-7041 version. PTFE lining offers superior chemical resistance and temperature tolerance, making it the preferred choice for aggressive ethanol blends and race fuel applications. The DW400 pump supports up to 900 HP on gasoline and 700 HP on E85 in this in-module configuration. The included DW pressure regulator, DW fuel filter, and DW fuel pressure gauge provide everything needed to complete the fuel system conversion.
