Product Description

The DeatschWerks 9-437-7241 Returnless DW400 Performance Module is designed for 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si models seeking a substantial upgrade to fuel delivery without overhauling the stock fuel system. This module replaces the factory in-tank fuel module, retaining all of the OEM functions (fuel level sensor, surge baffle, tank capacity, etc.), while delivering about **205% more flow** than the stock module thanks to its DW400 pump and DW430c top. Installation is direct-fit / drop-in, with no external plumbing modifications needed for those with the returnless fuel system.

Built from durable polyoxymethylene (POM) materials, this module works up to 65 psi, flowing ~385 LPH at 51 psi, drawing ~15.7 amps under that load. Because this is a high flow unit, a proper wiring upgrade (10-gauge hardwire) is strongly recommended to ensure reliable voltage delivery. If your Civic Si is stock or lightly boosted and uses the factory returnless module, this part delivers excellent headroom for future modifications while ensuring smooth operation at all times.
