Fitment Notes

• Does NOT fit Flex Fuel (E85-capable) factory variants - for non-Flex Fuel V8 gasoline models only
• May not fit Crew Cab Long Bed configurations - verify tank clearance before purchase
• On some installations, the clocking tab on the module must be removed to seat properly in the tank
• Requires an externally regulated return-style fuel system - this module is not compatible with returnless factory fuel systems without modification
• Compatible with gasoline and ethanol fuels

Product Description

The DeatschWerks 9-401-603-7013 is a complete DW400 fuel pump module with PTFE stainless steel return plumbing kit, engineered as a direct plug-and-play replacement for the factory fuel pump module in 2005-2013 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks equipped with V8 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L non-Flex Fuel gasoline engines. The module integrates seamlessly with the OE wiring harness and fuel level sender, and houses the 415lph DW400 Bosch pump - nearly doubling the flow output of the stock module. Dual-stage integrated filtration (100µ pre-pump, 10µ post-pump) and a venturi-fed surge bucket ensure consistent fuel delivery even at low tank levels and during high-G cornering or acceleration.

This kit is a complete regulated return fuel system conversion package, including a DWR1000 black adjustable fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure gauge, 8AN PTFE feed line, and 6AN PTFE return line. Because this module converts the factory returnless system to a regulated return setup, an external return fuel line to the tank must be added - verify your build plan before ordering. This version (9-401-603-7013) uses PTFE stainless steel braid lines; for the CPE braided version, see PN: 9-401-603-7012. Note: this module does not fit factory Flex Fuel variants and may not fit Crew Cab Long Bed applications.
