Product Description

The DeatschWerks DW400 Performance Module (Part # 9-437-7240) is designed as a drop-in, returnless fuel system upgrade for 7th-generation Honda Civics (2001-2005) and Acura RSX (2002-2006). It replaces the OEM fuel pump module with a high-flow DW400 pump, but retains all factory functions including fuel level sensing, surge protection, and fuel tank shape/fitment. Because it is "returnless," no extra fuel return plumbing is required, simplifying installation while delivering significantly better fuel delivery for tuned or high-power setups.

With up to ~390 LPH at ~51 psi and a working pressure of 65 psi, this module is suited for builds requiring more fuel than stock - such as forced induction, high-compression, or high-RPM naturally aspirated engines. However, because of its higher current draw (~16.3 amps at operating pressure), it is strongly recommended to upgrade wiring, especially power feed, to a 10-gauge hardwire to ensure voltage does not sag under load. Not legal for sale or use in CA on pollution-controlled vehicles. Fitment confirmed through 2025 (latest verified year for RSX / Civic of these models).
