Fitment Notes

Product Description

The DeatschWerks 9-401-607-7040 is a complete DW400 fuel pump module with CPE stainless steel braid return plumbing kit, engineered as a direct drop-in replacement for the factory fuel pump module in the 2001-2005 Honda Civic (7th Gen) and 2002-2006 Acura RSX. The module houses the 415lph DW400 pump and integrates with all OEM tank and electrical connectors for a clean installation. This kit converts the factory returnless system to an externally regulated return-style fuel setup - a return line from the regulator back to the tank must be added as part of installation.

The included CPE stainless steel braid lines, DW pressure regulator, DW fuel filter, and DW fuel pressure gauge provide everything needed to complete the fuel system conversion. The DW400's composite impeller is fully compatible with E85 and race fuels, and its carbon commutators with fully encapsulated armature ensure long-term ethanol compatibility. A 10-gauge hardwire kit (PN: FPHWK-10-HD, sold separately) is strongly recommended to ensure maximum pump voltage and performance.
