The DBA DB2705SP Street Performance brake pads are designed for Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 models equipped with the 6.7L diesel engine and 4WD configuration. These front pads use DBA's semi-metal carbon-fibre friction material to provide an improved friction response compared with conventional OE-style brake pads while maintaining suitability for daily driving, performance use, heavy-duty 4WD applications and light-commercial operation.

DBA incorporates application-specific shims, chamfers and slots to help control brake noise, vibration and harshness while assisting temperature stability and the removal of friction dust and debris. The pads are also treated with DBA's Thermal Scorching Process to improve initial braking effectiveness and reduce bedding-in time. The copper-free formulation is designed to provide consistent braking performance with reduced dust characteristics.

The DB2705SP is a front-axle pad set with a specified pad size of 214.2 x 71.8 x 20.7 mm.
