DBA's signature Kangaroo Paw internal ventilation pattern increases the heat exchange surface by 30% without compromising the rigidity of the disc structure, improving disc cooling by roughly 20% over conventional fin-cooled designs. The CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) machine-turned friction surface reduces disc thickness variation and improves parallelism, delivering a more dimensionally precise and stable surface than ground-finished rotors -- meaning reduced potential for pad "knock" and increased rotor longevity.
