Product Description

The DBA 4000 Series XS Drilled & Slotted Front Brake Rotor (DBA4650XS) is a high-performance direct replacement rotor engineered for a range of vehicles that use a 5x100 mm front bolt pattern and ~294 mm rotor diameter. The combined drilled hole and slot design improves airflow, heat dissipation, and brake pad bite while helping evacuate dust and gas build-up during spirited driving or heavy use. The Kangaroo Paw internal ventilation enhances cooling efficiency compared with many standard rotors.

Constructed from high carbon alloyed iron and enhanced with Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), this XS variant resists heat-induced deformation and cracking under repeated heavy braking. Its universal bi-directional design fits either front side, and thermo-graphic paint indicators show relative operating temperature ranges to help monitor brake performance. Sold individually, the rotor lets you replace one side at a time or order a pair for a complete front axle upgrade to improve pedal feel, fade resistance, and overall braking confidence on compatible Subaru and Toyota/Scion vehicles.
