The DBA 42724S is a 4000 Series T3 slotted front brake rotor for the 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra, 2008-2022 Sequoia, 2016-2021 Land Cruiser 200 Series, and 2016-2021 Lexus LX570. Cast from DBA's exclusive XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and processed through Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), this rotor is engineered to handle the extreme heat and stress of heavy truck and SUV braking without the cracking and warping common in lesser rotors. DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation system features 144 diamond and teardrop-shaped pillars that deliver a 30% increase in ventilation surface area and 20% improvement in cooling efficiency compared to traditional straight vane designs.

The T3 slot design features 48 precision CNC machined tri-symmetrical slots that provide multiple exit points for brake pad friction dust and gases, resulting in consistently effective braking with a quieter, smoother pedal feel than conventional slotted rotors. Black paint protection on non-friction surfaces prevents corrosion, while thermographic temperature monitoring paint marks allow visual inspection of peak braking temperatures.
