The DBA DBA5654GLDXS-10 5000 Series XS Front Drilled & Slotted Rotor with Gold Hat is a premium performance brake rotor designed for Subaru Impreza WRX STI models from 2004 through 2017, and select 2017 Subaru BRZ and Toyota 86 GTS performance package vehicles equipped with a 10-lug dual bolt pattern front hub. This two-piece rotor combines a high carbon alloyed iron friction ring with a lightweight gold-finished aluminium hat to reduce unsprung weight and improve heat handling compared with standard OE rotors. The non-directional cross-drilled and slotted surface increases exit points for brake pad dust and gases, helping maintain cooler temperatures and more consistent braking performance under spirited driving.

Equipped with Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP) for improved resistance to heat-induced distortion and thermo-graphic paint indicators to visually track operating temperatures, this rotor delivers both performance and durability.
