Product Description

The CSF 8200 "Super Manifold" is a complete charge-air cooler intake manifold replacement engineered to address the cooling limitations of the OEM B58 system. Developed through over 1,500 hours of design and testing by CSF, VF Engineering, and Custom Plenum Creations, this manifold doubles the intercooler core capacity with 12 rows of water cooling versus the factory 6 rows. Dyno testing demonstrated gains of approximately 26 whp and 11 lb-ft of torque on a Stage 2 vehicle making ~400 whp, with inlet temperatures running approximately 30°F cooler than stock. The manifold eliminates heat soak issues common in track, drag racing, and spirited street driving applications. The included fuel rail enables port injection capability for high-horsepower builds, while NPT ports on each runner accommodate nitrous or methanol injection setups. Each manifold is pressure tested at 60-70 PSI during quality control. Intended for off-highway and motorsports use - designed to support builds exceeding 700, 800, and 1,000+ whp.
