Product Description

The CSF 8402 is a fully CNC-machined, billet aluminum competition intake manifold engineered for BMW's S58 engine platform, purpose-built to push past the 1500 WHP ceiling that stock and drop-in manifolds run into. By relocating the charge cooler off the manifold entirely, it clears the way for a much larger front-mount intercooler and supports both air-to-air and air-to-water setups, giving serious builders flexibility in how they configure their cooling and boost systems.

Internal velocity stacks and a CFD-refined runner layout keep airflow even across all six cylinders, while the included Thermal Rejection Spacer helps control heat soak and keeps intake air temps down under sustained high-boost runs. It's a race-oriented part - installation requires supporting modifications including a throttle body conversion - making it best suited for dedicated drag, road-race, or high-horsepower street builds rather than daily-driven applications.
