Product Description

The CSF 8040 Universal Magnum 1000HP+ Intercooler Core is engineered for high-performance applications requiring significant charge-air cooling capacity beyond typical OE cores. With bar & plate construction and a robust 18" x 12" x 6" core, this unit offers excellent heat dissipation and supports forced induction builds up to approximately 1300 WHP. Each core is hand-built and batch-brazed in CSF's advanced vacuum ovens, ensuring strong joints and consistent quality across the core surface.

Designed for universal use, the 8040 does not include vehicle-specific mounting hardware, allowing tuners and fabricators to integrate it into custom intercooler systems, front-mount kits, or other bespoke cooling solutions. Its high-precision, multi-louvered fins and horizontal flow design make it ideal for high-boost turbo or supercharger applications where efficient charge-air cooling is critical to performance.
