The CSF 7232 is a high-performance all-aluminum radiator developed in collaboration with A/C Solutions for the BMW E28 M5 (S38 3.5L), E24 M6 (S38 3.5L), and E24 635CSi (M30 3.4L). The factory radiator on these platforms uses a plastic tank and aluminum core construction - a design that was standard for the era but is well known among E28 and E24 owners to develop leaks at the end tank seams and suffer plastic tank cracking after decades of heat cycling. The CSF 7232 replaces this entirely with a 100% TIG-welded all-aluminum construction, eliminating the plastic failure mode while significantly improving cooling capacity.

At the core of the 7232 is a 1-row 31mm B-Tube design featuring nearly double the number of fins and tubes of the OEM unit, increasing heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% over standard oval-welded tubes. CNC machined brackets and OEM-style inlet/outlet connections make it a true drop-in replacement with no modifications required.
