Product Description

The CSF 8401 is a fully CNC-machined, billet aluminum competition intake manifold built for BMW/Toyota B58 platforms, designed for builders chasing beyond the 1500 WHP ceiling that OEM-style and drop-in manifolds run into. Removing the charge cooler from the manifold entirely opens up room for a much larger front-mount intercooler core, and the design supports both air-to-air and air-to-water configurations depending on the build.

Internal velocity stacks and a CFD-refined runner layout keep airflow balanced across all six cylinders, while the included Thermal Rejection Spacer helps manage heat soak and keep intake air temps in check under sustained boost. It's a race-oriented part requiring supporting modifications - including a throttle body conversion - making it best suited for dedicated drag, road-race, or high-horsepower builds on the GR Supra, M240i, M340i, and 440i rather than daily-driven street cars.
