The CSF 8194B High-Performance Intercooler System delivers Formula-1 grade cooling technology for the 2020+ Audi C8 RS6 and RS7 4.0L TFSI twin-turbo V8 platform. Developed in collaboration with Pacific German and manufactured by PWR, this twin intercooler set features race-proven core technology with 3mm rolled tubes featuring turbulated inner fins and 4.85mm multi-louvered fins - the most efficient design available in the high-performance aftermarket. The core utilizes 45 tubes versus the OEM's 22, dramatically improving heat rejection while eliminating the heat soak issues that plague factory intercoolers. CNC machined billet aluminum end tanks are 100% TIG welded for maximum durability under increased boost pressures from performance tunes and upgraded turbochargers. The Thermal Black heat dispersion coating enhances cooling efficiency while providing a premium appearance. Dyno testing demonstrated gains of +20 WHP and +18 WTQ on stock tunes with more stable IATs across multiple hard pulls. True drop-in fitment requires no modifications, and all OEM components can be reused. Supports power goals up to and beyond 1000hp. Handcrafted and TIG welded in the USA.
