Product Description

The CSF 8217 is a high-performance intercooler system built for the 2019-2024 Porsche 992.1 Carrera lineup running the 3.0L twin-turbo engine, addressing the heat soak and rising intake air temperatures that plague the factory unit under sustained hard driving. The OEM intercooler's position above the engine leaves it exposed to radiant heat, and CSF's Formula-1 grade PWR core is engineered to cut IATs far more effectively than the stock setup.

Constructed with 100% TIG-welded billet aluminum end tanks in place of the OEM's crimped plastic composite tanks, this system is built to withstand higher boost pressures from bolt-on modifications, performance tunes, and upgraded turbochargers without the cracking risk associated with the factory design. At just 17 lbs, it installs as a true drop-in fit using all factory mounting points, ducts, and shrouds, with no cutting or modification required.
