Product Description

The CSF 7072 is a high-performance all-aluminum radiator engineered as a direct drop-in replacement for the 2015-2023 Ford Mustang EcoBoost S550 equipped with the 2.3L turbocharged four-cylinder engine. Built around CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology, the 2-row 42mm dual core delivers approximately 15% greater heat transfer surface area compared to conventional O-tube radiators by placing the coolant inlet in the middle of a seam-brazed B-shaped tube, creating dual liquid laminar flow paths within the same space footprint. This translates to significantly improved heat rejection capacity -- a critical advantage for EcoBoost builds running front-mount intercoolers, which stack ahead of the radiator and reduce airflow to the OEM cooling core. The 6.5mm multi-louvered fin design is wind-tunnel tested and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through the core at all vehicle speeds, while the 100% TIG welded all-aluminum construction eliminates the plastic tank failure points present on the factory radiator. CNC machined quick-connect inlet and outlet connections match OEM specifications exactly, allowing reuse of factory hoses or aftermarket alternatives without adapters. OEM mounting brackets, AC condenser, and fan shroud all attach directly to the CSF unit without modification -- it is a true drop-in fit.
