Product Description

The CSF 7209 is a high-performance all-aluminum replacement radiator for the 2014-2018 Subaru Forester, covering both the 2.0L turbocharged and 2.5L naturally aspirated engines. The factory radiator uses a plastic end tank crimped onto an aluminum core -- a design that holds up under normal conditions but becomes a liability under the heat cycles generated by off-road driving, overlanding, or hard use. CSF replaces it with a fully TIG-welded aluminum unit featuring a 2-row 42mm dual pass core that increases both fluid capacity and surface area contact compared to OEM.

CSF's proprietary B-Tube technology increases heat transfer by approximately 15% over standard oval welded tubes. Combined with 6.5mm multi-louvered fins, the core moves more heat with less airflow -- especially effective at low speeds when the factory fans carry most of the load.
