Product Description

The CSF 3718 is an OE-style direct-fit replacement radiator for BMW E82/E88 128i, E90/E91 323i/325i/325xi/328i/328xi/330i/330xi, E92/E93 328i, and E89 Z4 sDrive30i models equipped with the N52 naturally aspirated 3.0L inline-6. Built to OEM specifications with a plastic tank and aluminum core construction, it delivers the same cooling capacity as the factory unit in an exact drop-in fitment with quick-connect inlet and outlet connections -- no modifications required. CSF uses virgin-grade glass-filled engineered plastic resins for the tanks and EPDM rubber gaskets rated to -120°F, with a multi-louvered aluminum fin design for efficient heat dissipation.

Every unit is 100% leak tested at 150% of operating pressure before leaving the factory, wind tunnel tested for cooling validation, and subjected to a 30-point fitment inspection. CSF manufactures in ISO/TSO certified facilities with over 30 million units sold globally. Note: the EAC temperature sensor must be transferred from the original OE radiator, as it is not included with this unit. Radiator cap is also not included.
