Product Description

The CSF 7009 is a 2-row 42mm all-aluminum racing radiator for the 2000-2009 Honda S2000 AP1 and AP2. Designed as a direct drop-in replacement requiring no modifications to install, it fits the OE mounting points and uses CNC machined quick-connect inlet and outlet connections matched to the factory hose routing. The 2-row 42mm dual-pass core is built around CSF's proprietary B-Tube technology -- seam-brazed "B" shaped aluminum tubes that increase heat transfer surface area approximately 15% over standard "O" shaped welded tubes, producing dual liquid laminar flow and significantly improved thermal efficiency in the same core footprint.

Ultra-efficient multi-louvered 6.5mm fins are wind-tunnel tested for each application to maximize airflow and heat rejection. All aluminum is military-grade special clad material (JIS 3003 spec minimum), TIG welded and brazed in a controlled atmosphere brazing (CAB) furnace for structural integrity. OE-style radial end tanks are flat, rounded, and fully welded for a clean, race-ready appearance with CSF's 1-hour hand mirror polish Show-Stopper finish.
