• Uses 250mm disc diameter, upgraded from OEM 230mm -- included flywheel MUST be used, OEM flywheel is NOT compatible
• 2015-2021 WRX (FA20 engine) requires starter nose cone modification for proper clearance with the larger flywheel
• Flywheel bolts are NOT included -- ARP 254-2801 or Subaru OEM 800610740 sold separately

Product Description

The Competition Clutch 15026-2100 Stage 2 Street Series clutch kit is a complete clutch and flywheel package engineered for turbocharged Subaru platforms including the WRX, Legacy GT, Outback XT, and Forester XT. Rated for 450 ft-lbs at the wheels, this kit delivers approximately 80% more torque capacity than the factory clutch, making it ideal for bolt-on modified and tuned vehicles driven aggressively on the street with moderate track use.

The kit features a Steelback Brass Plus sprung hub disc with anti-burst alloy backing paired with a high-clamping performance pressure plate for smooth, progressive engagement and long service life. The included 4140 forged steel flywheel replaces the OEM dual-mass or heavier single-mass unit, reducing rotational mass for improved throttle response. The upgraded 250mm disc diameter requires use of the included flywheel and is not compatible with the factory 230mm flywheel. A minimum 300-mile break-in period is required for proper disc seating, with 500 miles recommended for optimal performance.
