The Cometic C4570-032 is a high-performance MLX (Multi-Layer Xtreme) head gasket engineered for the left side (LHS) of Nissan's VR38DETT 3.8L V6 twin turbo engine used in the GT-R from 2009 through 2021. With a precise 96 mm bore and .032 inch compressed thickness, this gasket provides excellent sealing under high boost, intense thermal cycling, and demanding loads while maintaining integrity in street, track, or build-up applications.

Designed for use where OEM performance and compression are desired, this gasket is ideal when retaining tight tolerances and minimizing deck height.
