The Cometic VC429125KF is an aramid fiber valve cover gasket engineered for the 1992-2002 Dodge Viper 8.0L (488 c.i.) V10 engine, fitting both the RT/10 roadster and GTS coupe. Cometic's aramid fiber material is the premium choice for valve cover applications - it is high-density, high-temperature-resistant, fuel-resistant, creep-resistant, and asbestos-free, delivering consistent long-term sealing that stock cork and rubber-cork gaskets cannot match.

Unlike traditional valve cover gaskets that require periodic re-torqueing as the material takes a compression set, this aramid fiber gasket holds its load over time without re-torque. It installs dry - no RTV or additional sealant is needed or recommended. The gasket is precision die-cut to match the 1992-2002 Viper V10 valve cover mating surface exactly, and it fits either the left or right valve cover, making it a universal fit for both sides of the V10.
