This heavy-duty street clutch system features the Power Plus I pressure plate with Clutch Masters' proprietary Hi-Leverage technology, which increases clamping force by 70% over stock without the excessive pedal pressure that plagues many aftermarket clutches. The increased pedal pressure that typically accompanies high-performance clutches can adversely affect stock clutch linkage and cause premature crankshaft thrust bearing wear, leading to missed shifts, damaged components, and potential engine damage. The FX100 system avoids these issues while delivering 395 ft/lbs of torque capacity to handle bolt-on modifications including exhaust systems, intake upgrades, and up to 50hp nitrous oxide systems.
