Product Description

The Clutch Masters FX300 kit is a proven single-disc upgrade for the 2.4L Honda Accord and 2.0L Civic, pairing a Power Plus I heavy-duty pressure plate with a steel-backed segmented Kevlar disc for roughly 110% more holding capacity than stock. Pedal pressure only rises slightly over the factory clutch, keeping the kit easy to live with while adding real margin for a built engine.

It's aimed at normally aspirated cars with cylinder head work or a hotter cam, or moderately boosted turbo/supercharger setups, and can also handle up to about 100hp of nitrous. Clutch Masters recommends it for street and weekend driving rather than road-racing use, where a lighter-duty single disc isn't the right tool for sustained track abuse.
