Product Description

The Clutch Masters 16250-HD00-D is an FX100 series single disc clutch kit designed for 2006-2012 Lexus IS250 models equipped with the 2.5L V6 (4GR-FSE) engine and 6-speed manual transmission. The FX100 system pairs the Power Plus I heavy-duty pressure plate with a steel-backed organic friction material disc in a dampened hub configuration. Clutch Masters' Hi-Leverage technology re-engineers the fulcrum point on the pressure plate to significantly increase clamping force without the excessive pedal pressure found in traditional performance clutch kits. This protects the factory crankshaft thrust bearing from premature wear while delivering a stock-like pedal feel with smooth engagement and disengagement. The FX100 is specifically designed for extended wear and additional clamping force for enthusiasts who have added bolt-on modifications such as exhaust systems, intake upgrades, or up to 50hp nitrous oxide. The dampened disc is designed exclusively for use with an aftermarket single mass flywheel and is not compatible with the factory dual mass flywheel -- flywheel sold separately. For use with the OE dual mass flywheel, the rigid disc version (16250-HD00-R) is available. All stages come as a complete kit including disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing (when applicable), and alignment tool.
