Product Description

The Clevite CB663P(8) is a standard-size Clevite 77 P-Series connecting rod bearing set designed for compatible Chevrolet Small Block and GM Gen III/IV LS-family V8 engines. The application range includes traditional 305, 307, 327, 350, and 400 cubic-inch Chevrolet V8 configurations as well as selected LS-family engines using the matching standard 2.100-inch connecting-rod journal.

P-Series bearings use Clevite's TM-77 tri-metal construction, combining a hardened-steel backing, copper-lead intermediate layer, and electroplated lead-tin-copper overlay. The design provides increased load capacity, conformability, and embedability, while higher eccentricity and a high crush factor are intended to accommodate connecting-rod distortion during high-RPM operation.

The CB663P(8) is supplied as a complete eight-cylinder bearing set and is suitable for compatible OE replacement, street-performance, heavy-duty, and motorsport engine builds.
