The Clevite MS2220A is an AL-Series Bi-Metal aluminum main bearing set designed for the Chrysler Gen III HEMI V8 in both 5.7L and 6.1L displacement, at standard crankshaft size. Built from 100% lead-free AL-5 aluminum silicon alloy with 60% more silicon than leading competitors, these bearings deliver excellent seizure resistance and reliable journal surface conformability - making them the recommended choice for OEM-style engine rebuilds and street performance applications using a cast crankshaft.

With a half-groove upper shell for proper oil distribution and a plain lower shell for maximum load support, the MS2220A meets the oil clearance and fitment requirements of the Gen III HEMI block used across Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram platforms from 2003 through 2010. For forced induction, high-RPM, or competition builds, the Clevite H-Series MS2220H provides upgraded Tri-Metal construction with enlarged chamfers and higher crush factor.
