Product Description

The Carli CS-FTSB-45-11 Torsion Sway Bar Kit replaces the nearly immobile factory sway bar on 2011-2016 Ford F250/F350 4x4 trucks running a Carli 4.5" lift. Where the stock bar rigidly transfers every bump from one tire straight to the frame, Carli's torsion design allows a small amount of controlled differentiation before progressively engaging, smoothing out small-bump chatter while still providing real stability when it's needed.

Built with 3/4" cold-rolled steel arms, a custom-rate heat-treated torsion bar, and serviceable 17-4 stainless and bronze wear components, it's engineered to work specifically with Carli's tuned suspension systems rather than as a generic bolt-on. Extended end links matched to the 4.5" lift height round out the kit, delivering a noticeably smoother on-road feel without sacrificing the control needed for hauling or emergency maneuvers.
