Product Description

The Carli CS-DFEU-03-Y is a complete front-end upgrade kit engineered to solve the Ram HD platform's most persistent front-end stability issues - including the notorious "Death Wobble" - for 2003-2008 Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 trucks equipped with factory Y-style steering. The kit replaces three factory-weak-point components: the track bar, ball joints, and steering stabilizer, with robust, serviceable Carli-engineered alternatives.

The Adjustable Track Bar uses FK heim and bearing construction to eliminate the play inherent in the factory bar, while allowing axle centering for up to 3" of front lift. The included ball joints carry a lifetime warranty, and the Y-style-specific low-mount steering stabilizer uses an internal floating piston design to prevent cavitation - a limitation of the factory oil-shock-style stabilizer - with adjustable nitrogen pressure for tuning against tire pull and bump-steer.

This is a strong choice for early-generation Ram 2500/3500 owners on stock suspension or running a full Carli lift with up to 37" tires who want to permanently address front-end drivability and stability issues.
