Product Description

The Carli Suspension CS-DEL-985 Extended Sway Bar End Links are a precision-engineered replacement for the factory ball and socket end links on 1998.5-2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 4WD trucks. When a truck is lifted, the factory sway bar end links are pulled to an incorrect angle, causing binding, preload, and reduced suspension travel. These extended links restore proper sway bar geometry at lift heights from 0 to 3 inches, allowing the front suspension to move freely while maintaining the stabilizing function of the sway bar.

Each end link is machined in-house by Carli through a five-stage process from solid 17-4 stainless steel - a premium aerospace-grade material that provides exceptional strength and complete corrosion resistance. The factory ball and socket joints are replaced with 1/2-inch FK chromoly rod ends featuring nylon liners, delivering a far stronger and more precise pivot point. The adjustable design allows fine-tuning of sway bar position, and the entire assembly is fully rebuildable, making these a true lifetime component.

These end links are a key component in Carli's 2.5-inch and 3-inch lift systems for the second- and third-generation Ram heavy-duty platforms and are also available as a standalone upgrade. They are compatible with both the 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins diesel as well as the 5.7L Hemi V8 gas engine, covering all 4WD configurations across the 1998.5-2009 production range. Note that Power Wagon models are not compatible. For 2010 and later trucks, Carli offers the CS-DEL-10 and CS-DEL-10-12MM variants.
