The Carli AP-FEV25SPKG-E-1723 is the electronics and hardware package that serves as the brain of Carli's E-Venture electronically controlled suspension system for 2017-2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. This package includes the ECU, engine-mounted IMU sensor, in-cab touch screen controller, complete wiring harnesses, and all associated hardware needed to enable the E-Venture system's dynamic electronic damping capability. When paired with Carli's E-Venture 2.5" SDI remote-reservoir shocks, this electronics package transforms the suspension into an intelligent, terrain-adaptive system that reads and reacts to road conditions 250 times per second.

The system gathers real-time data from the engine-mounted inertial measurement unit - which monitors vehicle pitch and roll - along with factory vehicle sensors accessed through the OBDII port, including speed, brake pedal position, accelerator pedal position, and steering wheel rotation. This data is processed through Carli's proprietary algorithm by the in-cab ECU, which individually adjusts each shock to deliver the optimal damping force for the current driving conditions.
