Product Description

The Carli CS-BRS-21 Steering Tie-Rod System replaces the factory tie-rod assembly on 2021-2023 Ford Broncos with a far stronger, fully rebuildable design. Built to address the well-known weak point in stock Bronco steering, especially on trucks running oversized tires off-road, it uses heat-treated 4140 steel and a billet double-shear knuckle bracket to drastically reduce failure risk.

The greasable inner tie-rod end and Teflon-lined outer Heim joint keep maintenance simple, while improved geometry cuts toe-change through the extended travel range to less than half of the factory setup. A strong upgrade for Bronco owners running larger tires or pushing their suspension off-road.
