Product Description

The Carli Suspension CS-FFDG-23 Front Differential Guard is a heavy-duty skid plate designed to protect the front differential on 2023-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. The factory front differential cover is made from soft steel with an exposed lip that is highly vulnerable to impacts from rocks, stumps, and trail obstacles. Even a minor strike can dent the cover inward far enough to contact the ring and pinion gear set inside, or damage the seal and cause a complete loss of differential fluid - either scenario can result in catastrophic and expensive drivetrain failure.

Carli's differential guard bolts directly over the factory cover using the lower seven OEM mounting holes with the included longer-length hardware. The 3/16-inch steel construction with a boxed design distributes impact forces across the entire guard rather than concentrating them at a single point, and the durable black powder coat finish protects the steel from corrosion in harsh environments. Installation is a straightforward bolt-on process that takes only minutes with basic hand tools - no drilling, cutting, or modification to the truck is required.

Beyond impact protection, this guard also serves as a mounting point for the Carli Low Mount Steering Stabilizer, which can be added later or purchased together as part of the CS-FLMSS-23 kit. The differential guard fits all 2023-2026 Super Duty 4WD configurations regardless of engine choice, including the 6.8L V8, 7.3L V8, and 6.7L Power Stroke diesel. For 2005-2022 Super Duty trucks, Carli offers the CS-FFDG-05 variant, which is designed for the previous-generation front differential housing.
