The Carli Suspension CS-FFSPKIT-17 is the leaf spring bushing and hardware kit designed for installing or servicing Carli's full progressive leaf spring packs on 2017-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. This kit provides the bushings, center pins, and necessary mounting hardware that accompany Carli's Deaver-built leaf spring assemblies. It is included as a standard component in every Carli full progressive leaf spring package for the 2017+ Super Duty platform, including the standard, HD (+1,000 lbs), XHD (+2,000 lbs), and XXHD (+3,500 lbs) variants across both leveling and 4.5-inch lift configurations.

Carli collaborated with Deaver Spring Inc. to develop progressive leaf spring packs that replace the factory leaf assembly with a far more sophisticated 9-leaf main pack and 3-leaf progressive overload design. The factory packs use heavy main springs and a hard-stop overload leaf that creates a harsh, jarring ride, particularly off-road or when loaded. Carli's progressive packs distribute spring rate increases gradually through the suspension travel, delivering dramatically improved ride quality, better traction, and up to 15 inches of rear wheel travel. This hardware kit ensures the leaf packs install correctly and function as designed.

As a standalone part, this kit serves as a replacement or service item for owners who already have Carli leaf springs installed and need fresh bushings or center pins during routine maintenance or a spring swap. The serviceable bushing design is a key element of Carli's philosophy of rebuildable, long-life components. This kit does not include the actual leaf spring packs, U-bolts (CS-FFSPUBK-11), or rear bump stop drops (CS-FBDR-17-FSP) - those are either purchased separately or included in complete Carli leaf spring kit packages.
